Was able to watch their hunting techniques a little closer which allowed me to be ready for their 'pounce'!

FOXX HUNTING!

I know that this particular fox has been hanging around the same area out at the park so I thought I would try to find it. Bingo. I watched it for over 22 mins, and it traveled 3 tenths of mile. Watched it catch two voles.....and after catching each one it would go to a different location and bury it. The sites were approx. 2 tenths ...

FOXXY

Was out looking for moose but had to settle for this guy out in Kincaid Park.....right along side the road almost down to the main parking area.

WILD FOXES

While out to shoot sunset I found these two foxes basking in the evenng sun down by Pt. Wornzof. They were sitting on the hill just under the approach end of the north/sound runway. The red glow in some of the images is the result of the setting sun coming from over my shoulder.
