Driver lost control and ended up in the lake....where normally my friends airplane would have been sitting in the water on floats.

Galactica & Aero Dr. Stand-off

Approximately 10:15 PM on 7/16/07 APD responded to some sort of a situation at the Intersection of Aero & Galactica. At mid-night it was still not resolved and frankly I did not have enough light to get a decent image had it come to a conclusion. So this is what the scene looked like to me.
