johngomes' popular ANCH_BIRD_TLC photosI retired as a police officer/crash rescue firefighter in April of 1990. I have enjoyed photography since the mid 70's and crossed over to the digital world in 1996.
Along with being the volunteer photographer for the Alaska Zoo the main focus of my photography is to show Alaska as it passes in front of my lens on a day to day basis.
